- Provide instruction to students and help promote effective learning;
- Ensure that course content is consistent with department guidelines;
- Maintain communication with department coordinator and students;
- Incorporate an equity-minded approach to teaching.

Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master's or PhD degree in Philosophy from an institution with regional accreditation or its international equivalent; AND
- At least two quarters of experience teaching Philosophy as a Lecturer, Instructor, Assistant Professor, or related position; AND
- Experience teaching an online college-level course in Philosophy using a learning management system.
