What does your company do? Job Summary The Field Marketing Assistant is responsible for implementing and promoting the i9 Sports brand identity to the community through guerilla marketing tactics & in-person event hosting. The primary function of this role is to educate potential customers about our programs and to build our membership/registration base. Responsibilities
- Assisting with marketing plan tasks and development
- Building relationships & driving brand awareness with local business owners, community members, and schools
- Executing guerilla marketing strategies including road signs, flyers, and in-person events
- Coordinating with local businesses and organizations to schedule events.
- Interacting with the public and educating them on the i9 Sports Experience
- Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills
Qualifications/Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently
- Basic understanding of marketing and promotions
- Ability to work off-hours and weekends
- At least 20 Hours of weekly availability
- Reliable personal transportation with cargo capabilities
- Must be able to pass a National Criminal Background Check
