Part Time File Assistant

· PART TIME- 24/32 hours per week

A Day in the Role:

• Under limited supervision reviews documents and provide indexing information to enter electronic system for offsite identification and retrieval
• Retrieve documents and folders and prepare for indexing and shipment
• Pack boxes of reviewed material and follow procedures to prepare for shipment to offsite storage
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and communication
• Respond to inquiries and provide excellent customer service to internal and external parties

Requirements:

• Strong Computer skills with the ability to learn quickly
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Ability to review documents and determine relevant information needed for indexing
• Prior experience as a paralegal or file assistant a plus but not required.
