The client is looking for someone with corporate office experience in a similar position, strong written/verbal communication skills, team player mentality, exceptional MS Office Skills, Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint and the ability to handle competing priorities. Must have strong experience Day to day the receptionist will answer phones, greet visitors, manage conference rooms, handle catering for meetings, order and stock office supplies, handle incoming and outgoing mail as well as other ad hoc projects. Degree required. Must have experience with expenses. General hours are 8:30am - 5:30pm with flexibility for OT as needed.
