The Guest Service Sales Specialist often has the
first connection with our guests in studio. The GSS creates and sets the tone for our guest experience. Building strong relationships and rapport is key. This position is responsible for supporting all Chapter sales and reservations practices, in addition to ensuring appointments and correspondence is upheld in an organized and professional manner. GSS supports and generates sales during check in and check out for our guests.This position is pivotal in achieving guest satisfaction and retention, word-of-mouth referrals, and creating a dynamic experience for Chapter.
Essential Responsibilities - Create a warm, welcoming, enthusiastic environment for all guests.
- Ownership and accuracy of all front of studio activities including answering phones, receiving guest requests, appointments, sales, rebooking, and offering financing options.
- Maintain knowledge for all retail products, Chapter services, packages, and pricing.
- Comfortability speaking to our services provided, product benefits, and special offers.
- Achieve sales goals provided by leadership team for retail and other sales initiatives.
- Participate in lead generation activities as requested.
- Act as closer for providers by educating guest on effectiveness and value of retail products and packages.
- Sell Chapter Rewards Club memberships by effectively communicating our program benefits and rewards.
- Serve as content expert in financing options and other financial support services.
- Support leadership team daily with new guest journey to enable comprehensive treatment planning.
- Overcome objections by building strong guest relationships and knowledge of our services.
- Understand and uphold all Chapter standards and policies.
- Maintain a clean organized studio and assist providers as requested for guest needs.
Requirements/Qualifications - Job Related/Industry Experience:
- A minimum of two years selling experience in a fast paced one on one service environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Authentic interpersonal and customer service skills
- Technologically savvy and comfortable utilizing telephone communications, computer systems, and appointment booking applications
- Education Level: High school diploma or equivalent required
