Job Responsibilities:- Checking guests in and out
- Receiving and managing reservations made online and via telephone
- Verifying guests' payment methods during check-in
- Assigning rooms to guests and informing them of any specials offered by the hotel
- Organizing transport services for guests at their request
- Providing guests with information about the hotel and the area
- Staying informed on attractions that may be of interest to guests
- Assist the housekeeping staff in maintaining clean rooms
- Sweep the parking lot, and remove any accumulated trash
Job Requirements:- High school qualification or equivalent
- One year of client-facing customer service experience is preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Well-presented and professional appearance
- Competency with Microsoft Office products
- Ability to learn on the job
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must have flexible schedule and ability to work some weekends and holidays
- Ability to adapt and stay calm in challenging situations
