Your contributions are pivotal in ensuring operational compliance with relevant building codes and upholding the high standards set forth by our company. Furthermore, your dedication to optimizing productivity and consistently delivering exceptional customer service and satisfaction underscores the invaluable role you play within our organization.What You Get to Do
  • Respond promptly to work orders on a daily basis, aligning tasks with company priorities and meeting designated deadlines.
  • Engage in effective communication with relevant management personnel to coordinate and implement tasks efficiently, ensuring adherence to timelines.
  • Ensure meticulous adherence to manufacturer's instructions outlined in Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for the appropriate use of cleaning materials, chemicals, and equipment.
  • Maintain strict compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations and safety protocols to uphold a safe working environment.
  • Undertake responsibility for the repair and regular maintenance of company buildings, mechanical equipment, and updates replacement inventory as necessary.
  • Assume accountability for the cleanliness and overall condition of the laundry facility during task execution.
  • Maintain a tidy, organized, and hazard-free work area to enhance safety and efficiency.
  • Uphold all service standards, policies, and procedures to ensure consistent quality in service delivery.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and courtesy in interactions with laundry technicians, customers, and colleagues from other departments.
  • When operating a company vehicle, ensure possession of a valid driver's license and adhere to safe driving practices.
  • Fulfillment of any additional duties as assigned by management.
  • Performs any additional duties as assigned by management that are related to this role.

What Qualifies You
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in laundry/production maintenance or equivalent combinations of vocational education and on-the-job training.
  • Low Pressure Boiler License or obtain the license within 6 months of employment.
  • Mille Lacs Band Member and American Indian preference will be exercised in the hiring process.
Must Have Skills
  • Demonstrate strong hand-eye coordination, self-motivation, teamwork skills, and flexibility in scheduling.
  • Proficient in writing routine correspondence reports and utilizing email communication effectively.
  • Competent in using Microsoft applications and company-issued software platforms.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate in one-on-one, small group situations.
  • Must be able to apply common sense understanding to a variety of situations, to collect data, analyze facts, and determine appropriate response.
  • Must be able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and technical documents.
While performing the duties of this job, the Associate is regularly required to:
  • Talk and hear.
  • See and adjust focus to include close, distance, color, depth, and peripheral vision.
  • Stand, walk, run, sit, balance, stoop, kneel, climb, crouch, and/or crawl.
  • Handle objects, tools, and controls; reach with arms and hands.
  • Lift, push, pull and/or move objects weighing up to one hundred (100) lbs.
While performing the duties of this job, the Associate is regularly exposed to:
  • A low-to-moderate noise level (offices).
  • A moderate-to-loud noise level (operations areas).
  • Moving mechanical and/or electrical components.
  • Extreme heat during summer months
  • At times may be exposed to unusual indoor elements, such as temperatures, wet or humid conditions, chemicals, fumes, airborne particles, dirt, dust, and other hazards.
