About the roleWe are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Part-Time Security Officer to manage access control procedures for our properties bar and restaurant. The primary responsibility will be ensuring that guests are organized and adhere to reservation protocols while waiting for entry, particularly during busy peak hours. The ideal candidate must be proficient with computers, able to use an electronic reservation system to verify guest bookings, and maintain a smooth, orderly line. Excellent customer service skills are essential, as this role involves interacting with guests and ensuring a positive experience while enforcing entry guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and direct guest lines to maintain an orderly flow.
- Use an electronic reservation system to verify guest access and booking details.
