RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Thoroughly clean entire guest room according to standards setup by Brand Inspection Team. Complete housekeeping worksheet.
- Stock housekeeping carts before end of shift.
- Work with the maintenance department to deep clean rooms as needed.
- Follow hotel lost and found policy for any items left by a guest.
- Follow the hotel policy for removal of infectious waste (blood, body fluids, etc.) and sharps disposal (needles, razor blades, etc.).
- Keep linen storage rooms cleaned and organized.
- Provide friendly guest service, smile and greet all guests within 10ft.
- Knowledgeable of all current emergency policies and procedures.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 75 pounds without assistance.
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 6 hours).
