Position Summary:The PT Inside Sales Specialist utilizes and role-models our consultative sales process to convert telephone, text, and web leads to booked appointments. The successful candidate will utilize Chapter's sales system to achieve assigned sales targets, overcome objections and differentiate Chapter as the market leader; and delight potential guests with an exceptional service experience. The Inside Sales Specialist will foster and nurture positive relationships with potential guests, conduct regular lead management activities, and achieve targeted lead-to-consult conversion ratio. The Inside Sales Specialist will maintain an elevated level of industry knowledge and department processes. The Inside Sales Specialist is expected to showcase and role-model best-in-class guest service, decision quality, collaboration, and adaptability as Chapter continues to grow. This position is fully remote.Essential Responsibilities: Maintain a high level of integrity, organization, and time-management. Maintain individual benchmark or above benchmark for Inside Sales Key Performance Indicators Coordinate with leadership to overcome Key Performance Indicator setbacks & objections. Role-model and promote Chapter's core values and culture within the department. Respond to all New Lead inquiries with a sense of urgency, professionalism, and joy. Utilize empathetic listening to discover prospect goals and motivation (firefly). Build and nurture relationships with New Leads through telephone, text, chat, social platforms. Clearly articulate Chapter points of differentiation including Chapter's philosophy and approach to aesthetic care and wellness. Create new appointments with strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Maximize the appointment with recommendations that enhance the guest's experience: complementary treatments, Membership, and financing. Overcome obstacles that inhibit conversion. Perform routine follow-up communication for new guest leads to convert at or above expectations. Follows the Chapter sales lead management process. Leverages tools, reports, and resources to maximize results. Drive results and achieve goals in lead conversion, promotional campaigns, and events.Requirements/Qualifications: Education Level: High-school diploma or equivalent Job Related/Industry Experience: 2 years of recent customer service experience. A quiet, private, distraction-free work environment with limited interruptions/background noise Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone etiquette Clear, concise, and professional written and digital communication skills Ability to identify high-level customer issues that require resolution and/or escalation. Strong organization and time management skills Strong computer skills and demonstrated sound decision-making skills.
