In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, helping to ensure a welcoming and seamless intake process. Your work will be vital in connecting individuals to the health services they need.Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome patients, ensuring they feel comfortable and supported.
- Collect, verify, and update patient information, including insurance and financial documentation.
- Assist patients with completing necessary forms and explain intake processes as needed.
- Schedule appointments and manage the intake calendar.
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with confidentiality and organizational policies.
- Address patient inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with other staff to coordinate care and resolve issues efficiently.
