Insight Global is assisting a leading Tech Company in NYC in identifying a part time IT technician for an open role they have. Installing, configuring and maintaining desktop hardware and software -Troubleshooting and resolving desktop issues and requests -Providing technical support and guidance to end u -Documenting desktop procedures and best practices -Collaborating with other IT staff and vendors to ensure optimal performance -Working onsite with clients 4 days per week (~32hrs per week) We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Required Skills & Experience -2+ years experience in IT -Bachelors degree in IT preferred -Knowledge in Windows 10, Windows 11, MAC OS, MS 365 -Basic knowledge and understanding in networking -Excellent communication and professionalism -Willing to work at client sites Monday-Thursday 8:30-5:30pm Nice to Have Skills & Experience -Any IT certifications Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
