The ideal candidate will embody Fairlawn's core values: Be Kind, Own It, Be Flexible, and Always Improve.What will you do?Exemplify the core values of Be Kind, Be Flexible, Own It, and Always ImproveServe as a leasing agent and tour expert - this means being well-versed with our properties and amenitiesShow properties and sell their features and amenities to prospective tenantsReview lease applications and document requirements for eligibilityAssist in daily customer service operations including guest inquiries, preparing notices and resident communications, showings, tenant screenings, and tenant applicationsProvide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced office through multiple communication channels (phone, email, text) to maintain positive resident relationsPrepare move-in paperwork, confirm residences are move-in ready, perform unit inspections, and perform move-in orientations with new residentsMaintain good rapport with current and prospective tenantsProcess maintenance requests and follow up with residents to confirm the completionLearn and ensure compliance with all Fair Housing Laws including local, state, and federal housing regulations (We provide training)Pivot, roll up your sleeves, and jump in where needed!Why should you work here?Competitive Pay + Incentives.
