Compensation

Hourly base pay rate is $13.08 - $19.62/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.

Job Description

Hours: Friday through Sunday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:

* Perform administration functions including the printing of drive outs, collecting, and posting payments, customer service, data entry, filing and routing, etc.,

* Perform data entry of required information in the AS400 system of vehicle identification number (VIN) and other descriptive information.

* Partner with Securitas, the commercial accounts and operations department to ensure proper facilitation of commercial redemptions.

* Provide quality customer service through face-to-face and phone support. Answer questions to provide support.

* Perform basic data entry into the AS400 and workbench computer system and download digital images of vehicles into the system if instructed.

* Copy data and compile records and reports. Sort and file documents.

* Direct transporter to the proper car drop zone.

* Report transport damages as needed.

* Operate office equipment, such as a copier, fax machine, scanner, postage machine, etc.

* Answer phones, convey messages. Greeting and assistingc customers.

* Visibly demonstrate safety commitment by following all safety and health procedures and modeling the behaviors related to such.

* Actively participate in support of all safety activities aligned with safety excellence.

* Perform other duties as assigned by management.

* May be required to work overtime (more than 40 hours per week) as business needs dictate.

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required.

* Prior clerical or administrative experience required.

* Valid driver's license and safe driving record required.

* Good communication and organizational skills required with strong attention to detail.

* Basic computer software skills required.

* Commitment to providing excellent customer service required.

* Must be able to operate adding machines and other office equipment (i.e., copier, fax machine, etc.).

* Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time.

* Ability to perform repetitive data entry tasks; manual dexterity.

* Vision abilities required include close, distance, and depth perception.
