Job Title: Part-Time Mailroom Clerk We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Mail Room Administrator. Job Description: As a Mail Room Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our mail room. This includes sorting and distributing incoming mail, preparing outgoing mail, and maintaining accurate records. You will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient communication and delivery. You will handle a variety of tasks including UPS shipping and receiving, USPS mailing, sorting and distributing, and office supply ordering. Additional duties include preparing purchase orders for cleaning services, K&K coffee services, and mail machine supplies. You will also organize and maintain the schedule for job fair kits, answer phone calls, and stock copy and coffee stations. Key Responsibilities: Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages to appropriate departments and personnel. Prepare and process outgoing mail, including packaging, labeling, and postage. Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing mail. Manage and organize mail room supplies and equipment. Assist with other administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a mail room or administrative role is preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office.
