JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
The Department of Kinesiology in College of Health and Human Development is seeking a part-time administrative support assistant for up to 15 hours per week.
Responsibilities include assisting with Kinesiology's:
Seminar Series (Action Club, Colloquium, Noll),
SharePoint,
Website updates,
Special event advertising and promotional material design and creation,
Marketing and communications tasks for the Joe Humphreys Fly Fishing Program and Alumni Spotlight
The position requires excellent computer knowledge and skills, excellent communication (oral and written) skills, and the ability to work in a team environment. Typically requires a High School Diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft O365 are required. Excellent customer service and organizational skills are preferred. Adobe Express, InDesign, and Photoshop experience a plus.
