The Merrimack School District is hiring a part-time mechanic.

Job Goal:

To provide students and staff with an attractive, safe, and well-maintained facilities in which to work and learn.

Responsibilities:

* Operate motorized vehicles and equipment

* Operate, install, and maintain heating, plumbing, and electrical equipment, sprinkler systems, and all other equipment

* Maintain the highest standards of professionalism

Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

* Working knowledge of the methods and tools used in maintenance and repair work.

* A Journeyman's License in one of the building trades is desirable.

* Licensed to apply pesticides if needed.

* Valid Driver's License.

* Experience preferred.

Hours per day: 4

Days per week: 5

Days per year: 260

Anticipated start date: ASAP
