  • Greet and assist guests attending events with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
  • Ensure smooth crowd flow by monitoring entry, intermission, and exit periods.
  • Handle ticket-related tasks, including verification and assisting with inquiries.

  • Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to remain composed in high-pressure situations.
