**(8 month fixed term contract)**
A professional and welcoming family based in Chelmsford are looking for an experienced, nurturing and patient Nanny to look after their son aged 5. SEN experience would be beneficial for this role although its not a necessity as finding the right person for their sons needs is more important. You will be based in the family home for the afternoons providing stimulating activities to suit his needs and routine. Their son is at school for the mornings.
**The successful nanny will need to have the following skills:**
* Have good organisational skills
* A competent and strong communicator
* Being a driver isnt a necessity
* Hold a current first aid certificate
* Previous SEN nanny/nursery experience desirable but not a necessity
* Hold a childcare qualification
* Clean DBS and on the update system
**Your duties will be:**
* Planning home based activities for the afternoon
* Occasional nursery duties
* Prepare a healthy snack
* Assist with homework
* Supporting development milestones
**Location:** Chelmsford, Essex
**Hours:** 1pm-4pm Monday Friday (more hours can be added in the holidays)
**Job type**: 8 month fixed term contract
**Salary**: 12 per hour gross. 720 gross per month
