Job SummaryThe Hotel Night Auditor works 11pm - 7am and attends to the hotel and guests' needs, including, but not limited to registration, checkout, and cashiering. This position is for 2 nights a week and would preferably be 2 nights in a row. We can be flexible on what 2 nights for the right candidate.BenefitsHoliday PayVacation PayMedical & Dental Insurance401k Retirement PlanEmployee Hotel DiscountsResponsibilitiesAs a Hotel Night Auditor, you are responsible for giving our guests the best hospitality experience they can have by:Assisting hotel guests efficiently, courteously, and professionally at all times.Promptly and effectively dealing with guest concerns or issues and ensuring all are met to satisfaction in a timely manner.Checking hotel guests in and out, posting hotel guest charges, and collecting payments.Closing out the business day and compiling data for end-of-day reports.Being knowledgeable of the hotel brand and various programs (travel programs, special offers).Communicating effectively with management and other hotel departments on guest comments and concerns, and having full knowledge of hotel safety and emergency procedures.Covering other areas of the hotel as needed.Documenting any hotel or guest issues by completing the required report forms.Performing other duties as assigned.QualificationsHigh School diploma/GED required.Previous experience in hospitality preferred.Customer service experience required.Experience handling cash, credit card procedures, and using math concepts.Attention to detail and organized.We are an equal opportunity employer and prohibit discrimination/harassment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.#J-18808-Ljbffr
