We are currently seeking an energetic and highly motivated individual to join our team as a part-time Night Cleaner in South Austin. This position provides general facility cleaning and maintenance with the goal of exceeding the customer's expectations .
**$200 sign-on bonus after 90 days of employment!**
**Days:** Monday through Friday
**Hours:** 6 pm - 10 pm
**Duties:**
* Work independently, learn and follow instructions with little or no supervision.
* Perform janitorial tasks including dusting, glass cleaning, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, restroom cleaning, and trash removal.
* Use industrial cleaning supplies and equipment.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications:**
* Commercial cleaning experience preferred.
* Must able to bend, stoop, kneel, squat, twist, reach, pull and lift heavy objects of 40 or more pounds and climb stairs.
* Must be authorized to work in the United States.
* Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
