The University of Pittsburgh School of Nursing is seeking qualified applicants for part-time, non-tenure stream teaching faculty in the Department of Acute and Tertiary Care. Qualifications for these appointment stream faculty positions include an earned doctorate (PharmD, DNP, or PhD); RPh (registered pharmacist) licensure or prescriptive authority in Pennsylvania preferred. Salary and academic rank are commensurate with qualifications and experience.Minimum Qualifications:Teaching Assistant Professor - A) An earned doctorate in Pharmacy, nursing, or a field related to the area of scholarship within the School of Nursing is required. B) Evidence of or potential for excellence in teaching and mentoring and contributing to a learning environment that values inclusivity.Teaching Associate Professor - A) An earned doctorate in Pharmacy, nursing, or a field related to the area of scholarship within the School of Nursing is required. B) Evidence of excellence in teaching and mentoring and contributing to a learning environment that values inclusivity. C) Evidence of or potential for leadership in the field.Teaching Professor - A) An earned doctorate in Pharmacy, nursing, or a field related to the area of scholarship within the School of Nursing is required. B) Evidence of excellence in teaching and mentoring and contributing to a learning environment that values inclusivity. C) Evidence of leadership in the field.Desired Qualifications: Related healthcare provider experience.
