Position can also be PRN if not interested in Part Time.*Facility Information:*Located near Akron, in the quiet country of Rittman, OH, Autumnwood skilled nursing & rehabilitation aims to meet all your healthcare needs. Our 75-room facility boasts short-term care and Veterans Affairs wings. Autumnwood has private and semi-private rooms to provide comfort and accessibility to your therapy.\*\*Responsibilities:\*\*- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.- Provide direct patient care through therapeutic exercises and modalities.- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.- Utilize medical terminology effectively in patient interactions.- Implement interventions to improve patients' functional abilities and independence.- Participate in case management and discharge planning processes.\*\*Qualifications:\*\*- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.- State licensure as an Occupational Therapist.- Experience working with pediatric and adult populations in hospital or clinical settings.- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and physiology.- Familiarity with ICU and acute care environments is a plus.- Excellent communication skills and ability to provide compassionate patient service.- Proficiency in case management and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.Join our team at [Company Name] where you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients while advancing your career as an Occupational Therapist.
