SafeHaven is seeking a Part-Time PAIP Facilitator.The facilitator co-facilitates virtual reformative groups for domestic violence offender in the agency's Partner Abuse Intervention & Prevention (PAIP) program. The facilitator co-facilitates a minimum of two 2-hour PAIP group sessions weekly using the Domestic Abuse Intervention Program's (DAIP) model of partner abuse intervention. Additionally, this position supports other PAIP program offerings. This position requires the accurate documentation of group notes and client data entering within 24 hours of group in our Arlington office. Facilitators are required to complete State-mandated initial training in 25 hours of battering intervention, and 15 hours of family violence. The facilitator must be able to work flexible hours including nighttime and weekend hours required.SafeHaven values employees who are in line with the culture of the agency, including those who are curious, trustworthy, open communicators, flexible, and willing to be held accountable. Working in the domestic violence field can be hard - but we can do hard things.The specific qualifications for this role are:•Bachelor's degree preferred. Degree in Social Work or related field preferred.•Knowledge of clinical intervention, social work theory and ethics.•Experience in and knowledge of family violence theory preferred.•Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn additional software.-Bilingual preferred.Please include salary requirements in your cover letter.
