By acting as the first point of contact for the justice systems and programs with whom we partner, Holon Health provides timely and efficient brief interventions to better prepare patients to receive community-based services and engage in proactive, prosocial behaviors.POSITION SUMMARY: Holon Health is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Part-Time Patient Enrollment Specialist to join our growing team. This role's main responsibility is to drive patient engagement and sales by communicating the value of Holon Health services to potential patients. The person will spend 2-3 days per week onsite. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create and execute patient acquisition strategies aligned with Holon Health's goals and values.
- Conduct consultations with potential patients to understand their healthcare needs and goals.
- Build rapport and establish trust by effectively communicating the benefits of Holon Health services.
- Clearly articulate the unique value propositions and advantages of choosing Holon Health for their healthcare needs.
- Plan and execute community outreach events to raise awareness about Holon Health services and engage with potential patients.
- Leverage digital marketing strategies, including social media, online advertising, and email campaigns, to attract and acquire patients.
- Implement traditional marketing methods, such as print materials and community events, to reach diverse audiences.
- Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to patient engagement and sales metrics.
- Gather feedback from patients and use insights to improve the sales process and patient satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to address any challenges and continuously enhance the patient experience.
- Work closely with the Patient Engagement and Care teams to ensure a cohesive and positive patient experience from acquisition through engagement.
- Additional duties as assigned.
RequirementsQUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in healthcare or a related industry, with a focus on patient acquisition/sales.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to understand and communicate complex healthcare solutions in a clear and concise manner.
- An understanding of the community served and the justice system preferred.
- Ability to work in-person in a criminal justice setting up to 50%.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to perform functions with minimal supervision.
- Written and oral fluency in English and Spanish is preferred.
