Candidates should have a proven track record of being reliable, honest, and hard-working.Job Duties:General grounds keeping, including trash pickupEmptying out trash cansDisposal of bulk trashWindow cleaningBlowing sidewalksDusting windows, overhangs, and fixturesDisposing of trash in medians, driveways, and common areasNotify managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systemsReport unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or tenant through inspection report formQualifications:Prior Porter, Custodial, and Janitorial experience requiredAdhere to safety at all timesAttention to detailMust be reliableRequirements:Must be able to work outsideMust be able to pass a background checkMust have reliable transportationProof of eligibility to work in the United StatesMust be able to lift 50 lbsJob Type: Part-timeSalary: $12.00 /hour#J-18808-Ljbffr
