No matter what stage of your career, you can build your future at Tempur Sealy!Part Time Opportunities AvailablePart time shifts are approximately 20 hours per week.Shifts are Monday-Thursday 5 a.m. until 10 a.m. or 10:30 a.m. until 3:30 p.m.Pay Rate: $18.75 per hourWhat You Will Do:* Follow all safety guidelines and participate as a fully-empowered team member to achieve organization-wide goal of zero incidents* Follow specific instructions on completing tasks assigned and is able to make suggestions for improvement* Loading and unloading mattress sized foam cores from various processing machines that cut and package the cores.* Apply covers and other material to foam cores, then palletize and/or box them for shipment.* Ensures that all product is produced in accordance with the Company's quality standards and elevates issues as needed* Occasionally fills in for other functions outside of primary work area* Maintains and cleans assigned work area
