Harbor Village , a Short-Term Rehab and Skilled Nursing Facility located in New London, CT is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and passionate receptionist to join our exciting team.
The Receptionist is responsible for providing secretarial support services to Administrator and other managers as designated; responsible for handling incoming telephone calls and greeting visitors.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen and forward calls, providing information, taking messages and scheduling appointments.
Greet persons entering facility, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations.
Keep a current record of staff members' whereabouts and availability.
Provide information about facility such as location of departments or offices, employees within the organization, or services provided.
Part time reception hours begin in the new year. 4-7pm and weekend hours TBD.
