Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a Part-time Receptionist in the Toledo, OH area working for a leading construction company. This is position offers a variety of great benefits including competitive salary, health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.Our client is looking for a friendly and outgoing professional to manage their front desk operations part-time. Work hours are 10:00 am – 2:00 pm Monday through Friday, except Holidays.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:• Greet and direct guests and visitors• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls• Open and distribute incoming mail• Enter safety audits in system• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable• Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
