Position Summary: This position performs professional supervisory of field staff. This position is responsible for maintaining the quality and adequacy of nursing practice; for coordinating training programs; for recognizing and assisting in solving professional, administrative and supervisory problems in an assigned area, and developing the plan of care for clients in coordination with referral sources. Essential Duties:
- Ensures that all required policies and procedures are implemented, enforced, and meet State, Federal, and Agency guidelines.
- Ensures that all policies and procedures meet the standards for proper care of clients, training of staff and general program integrity
- Schedules initial visit with clients to complete required admission and enrollment paperwork
- Assures all training requirements are met; and ensure that all staff is trained to competently perform all basic and advanced service tasks
- Ensures that all documentation is complete, accurate and reflect the plan of care
- Performs supervisory visits
- Maintains a high degree of confidentiality at all times due to access to sensitive information
- Maintains regular, predictable, consistent attendance and is flexible to meet the needs of the department
- Abides by all regulations, policies, procedures and standards
- Performs other duties as assigned

Position Requirements & Competencies:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred; supplemented with two (2) years of clinical experience
- Current RN licensure required issued by the state residing
- 1+ years of supervisory experience
- Knowledge of health care and medical procedures, including terminology
- Interpersonal/human relations skills
- Attentiveness to detail
