- Answer phone calls to schedule rides and provide information on Winchester Transit
- Take reservations by phone for WinReady, using computer routing software to create rider accounts and individual rides
- Operates two-way radio to assist in dispatching transit operators.
- Assist passengers with times and locations of pick up/drop off points within the City limits.
- Answer questions about transit routes.
- Other duties as assigned,
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license
- Excellent customer service, computer skills, and being able to multitask is a must
- Bilingual is a plus!
- Familiarity with the Winchester area is a plus!
