Could you use an EXTRA $800/month? Working just one shift a week, our PART-TIME Safety Officer position will provide you with that opportunity!!!! We are looking for an experienced Safety Officer to join our team in our Acute Care Center. This position will attend assigned areas within the center to maintain safety and security. They will also be responsible for protecting the property of the center and the safety of people in the building. Additionally, they may provide guidance to people as necessary. Shift(s) Available:
- Part-Time
- Friday OVERNIGHT 6:00 pm - 6:30 am

What You'll Do:
- The Safety Officer will provide safety and security for Lenape Valley Foundation's employees, property, clients, patients, and visitors; acts to prevent theft, damage, harm, and injury.
- Respond to control alarms including security, HVAC, and fire safety and to monitor activities of the public.
- Patrol perimeter of building
- Permit authorized personnel to enter property; issue and control keys; perform additional functions incidental to security.
- Track mobile crisis team.
What We Require:
- Two years related work experience in security, law enforcement, or military police and a high school diploma; or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
- Valid Driver's License
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time if necessary.
- Willingness to patrol outside of property, including during overnight hours and in inclement weather
- Ability to respond quickly in an emergency.
- Computer proficient
- Ability to perform the physical requirements of the job description, with or without accommodation.
