THE ROLE

As a Sales Assistant, you are responsible for providing exceptional customer service to create a unique and memorable JD experience. Your responsibilities include:

• Acting as a brand ambassador, encompassing all things JD from product knowledge to tailored customer service
• Assisting customers with all queries and processing sales
• Collaborating with the wider Management and store team to achieve KPIs and targets
• Supporting the wider team with ad hoc tasks, including VM set up, store cleanliness and presentation
• Escalating any customer complaints to management
• Consistently completing any mandatory training relevant to product, policy & procedure

• Customer service experience within retail, hospitality, or a similar industry
• Passion for sports fashion
• A positive can-do attitude
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Willingness to share knowledge with the wider team to achieve common goals
• Enthusiasm for viewing challenges as opportunities for personal and professional development
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, thriving in social situations through engagement with customers
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on store needs
