Sales Associatesare responsible for providing customer service that meets The Vermont Country Store standards and exceeds our customers' expectations to promote the sales of merchandise.Key Responsibilities:
- Engage customers in a personal way to ensure they have an exceptional shopping experience
- Become a product expert and know the features and benefits of products for assigned departments
- Clean, organize, and restock the store as needed
- Prepare products to be displayed and sold
- Cash out customers quickly and accurately
- Stay flexible in accepting assignments and direction
