*Position Summary:*We are looking for CDL drivers to join our team of professional drivers at Blue Sky Transit. As a driver, you will operate shuttle buses for a dial-a-ride program. You'll be a part of a customer-first culture, providing excellent passenger experience from departure to destination. If you have a knack for customer service, and want to be part of a family-owned company, then Blue Sky Transit is the perfect fit for your future.*Responsibilities:** Provide safe and reliable transportation for demand/response bus service* Maintain positive passenger experience – greeting customers with a smile, ensuring a clean environment, etc.* Maintain familiarity with service areas in order to answer passenger questions* Follow all company and Department of Transportation (DOT) safety protocols and procedures*Skills:** Strong customer service skills* Commitment to passenger, co-worker, and vehicle safety* Reliable*Education/Experience:** Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with passenger endorsement and no air brake restriction* High school diploma or equivalent* Proficient in English* Experience and ability to comply with all Federal Motor Carrier Safety regulations* *Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening (THC included)**About Blue Sky Transit:*_At Blue Sky Transit, we use our passion for transportation to collaborate with communities to operate transit systems vital to their members – doing what we do best so our clients can focus on what they do best.
