JOB PURPOSE:The Shuttle Driver is responsible for daily shuttle transportation for the community. Shuttle Driver is also responsible for the calendar upkeep of shuttles need for the community in a manner consistent with the property's operational objectives under the supervision of the Community Manager.PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Will always include those specifically assigned by the immediate supervisor• Responsible for the shuttle routes from community to required locations on a daily basis• Creating and upkeep of daily shuttle schedule• Communicating general maintenance, cleaning, etc. items to the Community Manager• Daily logs as required by Community Manager• Report any observed violations of community rules and regulations to Community Manager• Utilize property resources, equipment and supplies economically• Perform additional tasks and responsibilities requested by Community Manager• Manage excellent customer service and monitor service request turnaround and responsiveness• Projects a favorable image of the community to achieve property objectives and public recognition• Ensure consistency in dealing with residents on all matters• Enforce policies of the community that are delegated by immediate supervisorQUALIFICATIONS:• High degree of neatness and respect for property and landscape combined with a willingness and desire to learn.• Able to understand cleaning solution labels and use as instructed.• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.• Ability to write simple correspondence.• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situationsto customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.• Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.
