Job Type Part-time Description Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to achieve organizational goals - Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including text, image, and video content - Manage and monitor social media accounts, including scheduling and publishing posts - Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner - Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns - Monitor social media trends and stay up-to-date with industry best practices - Analyze social media data and generate reports to measure the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement. Stay informed about the organization's mission, programs, and events to effectively communicate with the target audience - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all social media platforms Requirements The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, and engagement, and drive traffic to our organization's social media platforms. They will work closely with the marketing team to create and curate engaging content, manage social media campaigns, and analyze data to optimize performance. Experience as a social media specialist or similar role. Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram,LinkedIn, and YouTube Familiarity with social media management tools, like Social Pilot. Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools. Strong written and verbal communication skills Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content independently or supervised Analytical skills to interpret social media data and make data-driven decisions Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, writing or a related field (preferred) Experience in CapCut. Reliable transportation to and from local events.
