We are currently seeking a few exceptional people who have a passion to create a meaningful impact in the lives of the amazing people we support.
In this position, you will:
+ Conduct assessments and all aspects of psychotherapy with individuals, families, couples or groups according to caseload assigned in a competent, professional manner.
+ Complete progress notes, treatment plans and other required documentation in a timely manner.
+ Work with patients to develop and achieve treatment goals and change goals as needed.
+ Coordinate treatment with a multidisciplinary team.
+ Provide follow up to patients by phone and letter regarding missed appointments.
We require:
+ Masters degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling.
+ Current New York LMSW or LMHC license (limited permits acceptable).
+ Bilingual Spanish, required.
+ Strong clinical experience, preferred.
