Position: Part-Time Stadium Maintenance Reports to: Director of Stadium Operations The Part-Time Stadium Maintenance position is a part-time/seasonal game-day position with the Hudson Valley Renegades, High-A affiliate of the New York Yankees. The Stadium Maintenance position is responsible for the daily cleaning and upkeep of Heritage Financial Park on gamedays and non-gameday events, such as concerts, festivals, camps, etc. Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the daily morning cleaning of the ballpark, including but not limited to, trash picking, leaf blowing, hosing and pressure washing, bathroom detail, etc.
- Assist the Director of Stadium Operations with various tasks in preparation for each event.
- Operate power equipment, such as leaf blowers, pressure washers, shredder vacuums, etc.
- Responsible for making sure all areas of our facility are cleaned and prepared for the day's events.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Must be available mornings and afternoons all week from April to September.
- Ability to perform general labor including lifting heavy objects (up to 30lbs), bending, and walking and standing for long periods of time.
- Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions, including but not limited to extreme hot, cold, and rain.
- Must be self-motivated and have excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in all situations.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the stadium.
- Proven job reliability, diligence, dedication, and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team-oriented setting.
