Specific Position Duties
Answer, transfer, or screen telephone calls in the absence of the Scheduling & Logistics
Specialists, deliver documents to other divisions and/or departments, update room
reservation worksheets, assist specialists with course schedules, perform tasks/projects
as assigned by supervisor or other personnel in the Scheduling & Logistics department
Minimum Qualifications
