Job Description Our IT team is looking for a talented, driven, and customer focused Tech Support Associate that will act as the first point of contact for technical support service requests. Our part-time Tech Support Specialists spend their day fielding incoming calls from internal associates all throughout our system. The successful part-time Tech Support Specialist will be customer focused and motivated by team success. You will be innovative, energetic, and able to adapt to new processes and procedures quickly while dealing with a high volume of requests. About the position:
- Rotating 10-hour shifts, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
- Each shift requires a 30-minute lunch and two - 10-minute paid breaks
- Support our internal departments by taking inbound technical support phone calls
- Accountable for a checklist involving main systems IPLs
- Performing daily and weekly backups
- Conducting server reboots and other procedures on specific shift checklist
- Ability to handle multiple stressful situations at once
- Excellent time management skills
- Written and oral communication skills a must
- Attention to details

- Professional attitude
- Current student seeking IT degreepreferred
