Job Description
St Albans School is seeking an Office Attendant to answer phone and email inquiries and provide reception support to members and other parties who visit the Tennis Center.
Responsibilities:
The position may perform other related duties as assigned. The omission of specific duties does not preclude the supervisor from assigning duties that are.
Classification:
Faculty Staff 10-month 12-month Temporary Full-Time Part-Time Exempt Non-Exempt Designated Onsite Telework Eligible Salary Hourly
Reporting: Reports directly to the Assistant Director of Summer Programs and Club Administration
Salary Range: $17.50-$19.00 per hour
Supervision Exercised: For the purposes of management, performance assessment, and span of control, the part-time Tennis Office Attendant supervises none.
Professional Experience & Qualifications
Education: Minimum of High School Diploma or GED

This position requires an individual with the following characteristics:
Working Conditions
Schedule: Ability to work a flexible schedule (approximately 10-25 hours of work each week) that is generally Saturday and Sunday between the general hours of 9:00 AM and 7:30 PM. The candidate will be standing for extended periods and must be able to walk for extended lengths of time over potentially rough terrain.
Work Environment: Generally, work is performed in an office within the Tennis Center which may or may not be climate-controlled environment.
