Salary Range: 16.15/hour

Contract Term Length: 12 Months

Standard Hours: 15-25 hours per week

Job Summary

The Title III Administrative Assistant coordinates office administration for MCTC's federal Title III Grant Project. The position is a grant-funded position, with the expectancy of continuance to September 30, 2028 in a part-time capacity and will be located at the Maysville Campus.

Job Duties:

* Perform general office support duties, such as taking meeting minutes, preparing correspondence, reports, filing, scanning, etc.

* Assist with managing the grant budget

* Pay invoices and order supplies/equipment and complete required forms for procurement

* Book travel arrangements

* Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings

* Provide other support necessary for successful project implementation.

Minimum Qualifications:

Associates degree or equivalent (Office Administration, preferred) and three years of experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of purchasing processes, Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Additional Skills Requested:

* Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint

* Communication skills

* Organizational skills
