Reporting to the Director of Contract Management, the Partner Ambassador is responsible for generating and managing documentation through the application process. The ambassador will manage the deal flow with a high degree of expertise and close attention to detail. This role acts as the liaison between sales representatives, partners, and our customers to ensure a professional and positive experience from start to finish. In addition to transactional support and industry knowledge, this role requires a hands-on approach and creative problem solving.

Essential Functions:

* Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors (partners), delivering exceptional professionalism and communication to enhance customer and partner satisfaction.

* Act as a liaison between Program Relationship Managers and vendors, fostering strong professional relationships and ensuring superior customer/partner experience.

* Manage the end-to-end deal flow from application submission to funding, serving as the main contact throughout the funding process.

* Maintain exceptional service levels throughout the application-to-funding process, ensuring timely and efficient handling of all transactions.

* Process incoming applications, including application entry and credit decision processes, and proactively manage application backlogs by engaging vendors to expedite transactions.

* Ensure all credit stipulations are met, including obtaining missing information from vendors or customers and coordinating the resolution of stipulations within authority.

* Handle incoming documentation requests from vendors, utilizing comprehensive knowledge of policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and partner satisfaction.

* Review all documentation promptly, following up with vendors or customers to obtain any missing documentation.

* Process account adjustments post-booking to modify existing contracts and rectify errors.

* Address partner issues and collaborate with internal support departments to resolve them, escalating urgent matters as necessary.

* Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures, during contract funding processes, while maintaining the highest level of service to customers and partners.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree required.

* 4+ years of sales, sales support, or customer service experience

* Customer service focus and a professional approach to building B2B relationships with ability to seamlessly manage the customer/partner relationship.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and T-Value

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing the priority of differing tasks.

* Excellent organization, time management, problem solving, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.

* Top notch listening and communication skills; both verbal and written with ability to negotiate.

* Self-driven with an entrepreneurial spirit

* Ability to understand end-to-end commercial leasing and lending processes.

* Financial services experience preferred.
