Partner - Finance Operations TransformationLocation: Washington DC Metro, New York, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, San Francisco
By joining our rapidly growing Business Transformation practice you will serve as a trusted partner to our Private Equity clients. You'll bring your first-hand experience, unique perspectives, and functional knowledge to deliver tailored integrated solutions that help our clients solve today's challenges and set the foundation for future success. As a Director at CrossCountry Consulting you will be responsible for a mix of client delivery, business development, leading teams and developing junior team members, as well as serving as a member of CrossCountry's leadership team.
What You'll Do:As a key leader in our Business Transformation practice you will lead finance transformation and operational improvement initiatives at clients in PE-backed Portfolio Companies, cultivate client relationships, develop thought leadership, and execute the go-to-market strategy of the firm. You will use process and technology capabilities, internal control design experience and operational knowledge to provide program/project management expertise to support our clients through designing and implementing complex finance/accounting change initiatives.
