Join us for the Summer 2025 Internship Program!
The Sales Strategy & Planning Intern will join our team of focused sales strategists for the summer where you can show off your analytical skills and strategic creativity. This Internship will focus on compiling, analyzing, and reporting complex sales data, and using this information to guide sales strategy. Our Global Enterprise sales organization is driven by some of the most strategic minds in the industry. Our leadership team is incredibly talented and hardworking and knows how to have fun while getting work done. We work and win as a team, all supporting one another along the way.
The kind of person that will thrive in this internship is someone looking to learn and gain insights into sales operations. Particularly if you are interested in the opportunity to learn how to effectively manage projects from start to finish with multiple changing priorities, how to compile complex sales data or how to provide input to sales teams to guide strategy and get results.
The intern will take data from multiple sources (Salesforce and Partner Center) and create new global views on business performance by country, industry, segment, Metallic service, and sales velocity.

What you will do:
Identify sweet spots of performance by seller and/or by country
Research and document best practices
Showcase/communicate these best practices globally for learning and sales acceleration
Work alongside the sales team to run reports and compile complex data sets
Analyze market and sales data to provide insight into current trends
Support the strategy, planning, and operationalization of new business segments
Who you are:
Must be enrolled in college and working towards an undergraduate or graduate degree in a related field (e.g. Business Management, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, etc.)
Creative, analytical thinker with strong attention to detail and presentation
Strong research and computer skills, with the ability to adapt complicated data into reports for sales leadership
Some relevant experience such as relevant internships, volunteer work or classroom assignments
Must have experience with Excel
Experience with Salesforce is a plus
