Our Global Technology is seeking a Partner Development Manager (PDM) focuses on growing Slalom's Partner sales, strengthening our brand, and expanding our network with Google Cloud. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across Slalom, Google, and customers. Within Google and Slalom you will interface with industry leaders, sales & account teams, and solution architects, to drive impactful outcomes. Together, we leverage cutting-edge technologies and industry best practices to deliver innovative and scalable solutions tailored to our clients' unique needs. The team is globally distributed, and the role may include up to 50% travel to customers and markets.
What You'll Do
* Drive sales and revenue growth across our largest clients or potential clients, with a primary focus on Manufacturing (including semiconductors) globally, and a secondary focus on covering 4-5 of Slalom's markets across the breadth of our Google Cloud capabilities.
* Accelerate the Google partnership in current and prospective accounts for Slalom.
* Develop and align account lists to target growth in top Slalom markets.
* Create and execute joint account strategies with Google, including playbooks for effective account planning.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with Google industry leaders, sales teams, and partner teams.
* Contribute to development of repeatable solutions, accelerators, and workshops, and formulate joint GTM strategies.
* Articulate Slalom's industry value proposition, incorporating Google elements, and develop industry-specific content.
* Become an expert at key Google programs, including funding mechanisms to help customers realize value rapidly.
* Foster internal alignment and activation through community-building calls, communications, and team engagement.
* Drive revenue growth for the segment in partnership with account teams and Google dedicated sellers.
What You'll Bring
* A dynamic and results-driven professional with experience in the enterprise market for Cloud services or other relative experience.
* Prior experience working with Google in a similar role and/or prior experience with a manufacturing focus is preferred.
* Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with industry leaders and sales teams.
* Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans that drive growth and revenue.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of creating compelling content and delivering impactful presentations.
* Program leadership skills, bringing our top initiatives to life in partnership with Google Cloud.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range for Sr Manager $123,000 to $234,000, and for Director $146,000 to $278,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
