The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment law, a proven track record in employment litigation defense, and the ability to provide strategic legal counsel to our clients. This role is integral in managing cases and leading a team of attorneys to achieve favorable outcomes for our clients.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage employment litigation cases from inception to resolution.Provide expert legal guidance on employment law matters to clients.Develop and implement defense strategies for employment-related claims.Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings.Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives and tailor legal strategies to meet their needs.Stay updated on changes in employment law and regulations, particularly in California.Mentor and supervise junior attorneys and support staff.QualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Active membership in the California Bar Association.Minimum of 7 years of experience in employment litigation defense.Strong knowledge of employment law and California labor standards.Experience with EEOC procedures and litigation.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.BenefitsPTO, Health, Dental, VisionFor this position you must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
