What You'll Do:

BRUNT is looking for a Partner Services Representative excited to support BRUNT's expansion into wholesale. As a Partner Services Representative, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth communication and accurate orders flow between our Wholesale Account Team, Operations Team, and valued dealer partners. This person should be highly collaborative, processes oriented, and customer-centric.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Review and accurately upload all purchase orders (POs) to BRUNT's inventory systems, making appropriate changes related to inventory levels and reporting changes to partners.
  • Verify all order information is processed accurately and in a timely manner to meet customer delivery requirements. This would include pricing, item quantities, out of stocks and shipping details.
  • Review, accept, and process Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) requests.
  • Use strong communication and customer service skills to educate wholesale partners on BRUNT's wholesale processes and expectations.
  • Collaborate with BRUNT's internal Wholesale and Operations departments to ensure timely, clear, and accurate external communications.
  • Become a product expert in BRUNT's entire product portfolio (footwear, apparel and accessories).
  • Be knowledgeable in inventory levels and replenishment dates for specific styles.
  • Become an ordering, RMA, Netsuite, and wholesale partner process and policy expert with the ability to remain flexible and always make customer-centric decisions.
  • Act as the first point of contact for BRUNT's wholesale customers by phone and email within service level agreements (SLAs), demonstrating clear communication skills and passion for exceptional customer service.
  • Complete ad hoc projects as needed around wholesale inventory management.

Driving Continuous Improvement:

  • Work with management to support Operations related OKRs, such as partner door and assortment expansion.
  • Leverage hands-on experience to build and optimize existing processes and documentation around new orders, returns, and inventory tracking in Netsuite, Shopify, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.
  • Track account feedback trends and partner with operations management to prepare insights into the wholesale account process.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • 2+ years of customer service or account management experience preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience with ERP systems, Netsuite preferred.
  • Highly analytical thinker and proactive problem solver, excited to build best in class processes.
  • Ability to be flexible and scale alongside the team as the business grows, adapting to evolving needs and challenges.
  • Experience sending and receiving EDI documents and experience working with wholesale and other B2B accounts preferred.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Showcase exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail, ensuring meticulous execution of POs.
  • Able to commute to the office located in North Reading, Massachusetts 3x a week.
