Job Summary
A Partner Specialist supports the partner business, act as a Partner subject matter expert and will work closely with our sales teams and Partner Account Managers to maintain and grow partner's business. The Specialist will solve problems, answer product, program, and deal registration questions. The Partner Specialist will foster relationships with customers and/or internal staff by communicating their knowledge on a product, service, proposition, or process.
This position is required to report to the SHI Somerset, NJ or Austin, TX office location as determined by management.

Responsibilities
Include, but are not limited to:
- Design collateral, host webinars and give presentations to educate on your manufacturer, their offerings, and how we can win with their solutions
- Act as a “go-to” resource for partner sales teams, to answer product, program, and deal registration questions
- Conduct conference calls/meetings with Sales teams, manufacturer Sales teams, and customers to sell partner products and solutions
- Train sales teams on partner products and programs, and how customers can benefit by using their core products
- Stay up to date on new product technology offerings, as well as partner-specific trainings and certifications
- Develop and manage a sales pipeline on an ongoing basis through CRM and Excel
- Execute on parnter campaigns and initiatives aligning with Sales teams
- Own and monitor the partners' Alias or Team Box and manage request by resolving within our Service Level Agreements
- Monitor CRM for submitted Deal Registrations request and submit them to the partner
- Maintain Partners' Pipeline tracking open Deals and Communicate regularly with Partners, distribution, and sales to ensure forecast accuracy
- Maintain internal Partners' pages and all relevant content including product deals, awards, promo's etc.
- Be the main point of contact for Order Resolution Issues such as cancellations, returns, incorrect end user or SKU/Quantity etc
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 1 year of business office experience, Inside/outside sales experience or Partner Sales Support experience preferred

- Ability to be comfortable hosting team meetings, webinars and events
Certifications Required
- Maintain Partners' Certifications must be maintained during employment
Unique Requirements
- Position requires no more than 10% of travel
- Extended hours may be required to complete some special projects and quarter end workload
Additional Information
- The estimated annual pay range for this position is $45,000 - $80,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
